    Who should I contact to book a large group reservation?
    We encourage you to fill out the above inquiry form, or simply e-mail info@lurevictoria.com to contact our team about reserving an experience for your large group.

    What is your cancellation policy?
    Groups of 15 or more can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before their reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $10 per person fee. If 5 or more guests from your group do not attend, a $10 per person no-show fee will apply.

    Is gratuity included for large groups?
    An automatic 18% gratuity is applied to all bills for groups of 8 or more guests.

    How do I confirm a large group reservation?
    Guests will receive an OpenTable invite to enter credit card information. If not completed within 48 hours, our team will follow up with a reminder call.

    What menus can large groups dine from?
    Once we receive your inquiry, our team will provide you with a variety of group dining menus for you to choose from that best fits your needs. Please note, to ensure streamlined service, all group dining for guests of 12 or more will be served family-style, where large platters of each dish are brought to the table.     How far in advance do I need to inquire to book a group reservation?
    We encourage you to book a minimum of 24-48 hours in advance to ensure we can accommodate. We do accept walk-in large groups, but it is based on availability.

    How long can we stay at the table?
    We want you to enjoy your time with us! For large group bookings, we typically allot 2.5 to 3 hours per reservation. If you need more time, just let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.

    Is there a minimum spend or deposit required?
    Depending on the size of your group and the space reserved, a minimum spend or deposit may be required. Our team will provide all the details when you inquire.

    Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
    Yes, we're happy to accommodate dietary needs. Please let us know in advance so we can tailor the menu accordingly.

    Are there any additional fees for bringing our own wine or cake?
    Yes. Corkage is $30 per bottle (maximum 2 bottles per group). Cake service is $5 per person.
