Mother's Day Dining

From 11 am to 3 pm, settle in for a three-course menu that celebrates the season, think melon carpaccio with honey-citrus whipped ricotta, indulgent takes on Eggs Benedict featuring local crab and shrimp or cured pork belly, and a finale of strawberry brioche French toast with lavender-infused maple syrup and rose petals. Each seat includes a mimosa to toast the woman of the hour. 

Beginning at 4 pm, our three-course dinner menu is a love letter to the Pacific Northwest, creamy burrata with heirloom tomatoes and compressed strawberry, fresh herb-crusted BC halibut, and Sterling beef tenderloin alongside rich aged-cheddar gratin potatoes. Close the evening with honey-lavender crème brûlée or a dark chocolate ganache tart with salted caramel and honeycomb.
